Title: Made in PCF
Post by: Sharpshooter005 on December 26, 2010, 03:48:43 AM
[int restaurant]

D walks in, sits down, flips through the jukebox

['Dont stop beliving' begins playing]

D looks at the door. A bannned lookalike wanders in, neoncoyote follows and sits down

D: Hey

Neoncoyote: Hi, what looks good tonight

D: Mmm..I dunno. What about graham

Neoncoyote: He just called, he's on his way. Yukos coming seperately, she had to go to the doctor, switched birth control

D glances

Neoncoyote: You talk to herb again?

D: ..He's gonna testify

*two people walk in, one is char, who sits down*

char: Onion rings

D: Best in the state.

(D stares at the other tables, yuko pulls up)

Yuko: Shit..

(Yuko attempts to park)

neoncoyote: How was work

char: All I'm doing is getting coffee and placing  calls

neoncoyote: You don't understand it but your making connections.

D: It's an entry level job, buck up

Char: Focus on the good times

D: Don't be sarcastic

Char: Isn't that what you said? Try to remember the times that are good.

D: I did?

Char: Yeah

D: ..Its true I guess

MEANWHILE

Yuko continues to attempt to parallel park, finally succeeding.

MEANWHILE

D views many people walking in, all reminding him of threats

D: I ordered something for the table..

Yuko runs towards the door of the building

~DON'T STOP-*

(Executive producer: David Chase)

I switched my what now?

Lol. The sad part is I am bad at parallel parking. Not bad enough to hit anything. But bad enough it would take a while.

This is either a meticulous parody of some comedy I have never seen, or someone's mind is stuck firmly in the 80's/90's.

It was me being loaded on egg nog and watching the last scene of the sopranos finale several times on youtube (once for the hell of it, then just to make sure I got the dialogue down when I did this)

Thanks. Now it all makes sense. I watched the final scene and read an analysis. Chase made the right choice.

I'd watch the Sopranos, but I suspect I'd want all the main characters to die in a clean and efficient manner before I finished watching the pilot. There's little I hate more than trashy mobsters. They represent the worst in human nature.

EDIT:

Prediction:
Sharp will contend that no, Weabooism represents the worst in human nature.

They were layered characters. Then again..yeah if you have an issue with mob movies/books/shows that could be a thing. See I love that stuff

Also yes, obviously la cosa nostra seems better than some obese broad dressed like rei screaming on the internet about how inuyasha was underrated.

We are amused, save for the fact that we do not like coffee. We like other caffeine inputs. And what kind of calls?

Um, and I checked the thesaurus in case, I think you meant "sources" rather than "inputs", because "inputs"... No, I'd rather not visualize...just trust me, use "sources"...

My dear Char, if what Sharp describes costs you your eyes and brain, the things I have borne witness to would devour whole morgues.

They don't, actually. But they are unpleasant. I can come up with worse things i've seen.

And...in re-reading another post...did you just describe a Guro flash?

Title: Re: Made in PCF
Post by: Randolf on February 04, 2011, 03:18:42 AM
No, it was actually an inflation flash with a guro ending.

I should have known not to click on it when I saw it was made by somebody called "captain stupids".

Title: Re: Made in PCF

Yes we've all seen abhorrent things on the internet, this isn't a contest.

Title: Re: Made in PCF
Post by: Char Aznable on February 04, 2011, 09:48:46 PM
Yeah. I've seen that flash. Needed more to it.

Title: Re: Made in PCF

I like how you all seem very interested in this guro flash

And by "like", what I mean is I think aspects of yourselves are being revealed, possibly ones you hide or aren't even aware of conciously.

Title: Re: Made in PCF
Post by: Randolf on February 05, 2011, 08:31:45 AM
Yeah. I've seen that flash. Needed more to it.

...wait, you actually have an opinion on its quality?

Goodness, Char. I've never seen this side of you. *waggles eyebrows*

Subject is attempting to flee the scene and divert responsibility.

You better take responsibility for your cannibal-zombie-babies!

Post by: Char Aznable on February 09, 2011, 04:30:00 PM
Yes, I do. It's too short of a flash. It was on a guro site I stumbled on. The particular image I saw had not enough "after explodey" to see.

What, you thought I was all nonsensical bullshit and partial irrelevence?

Title: Re: Made in PCF
Post by: Randolf on February 17, 2011, 03:30:49 AM
It was on a guro site I stumbled on.

I can usually bend out some kind of vaguely plausible justification for most sexual kinks, but guro is something I just don't really get the appeal of. Which is not say it doesn't have appeal, I just don't quite see what it is.

On RPG.net, those who peruse the dark side of hentai have a saying: "suddenly and without warning or precedent, scat", or a variation thereon, used to indicate an abrupt and often unwelcome transition from one kind of kink porn into another, do-not-want kind. I've seen enough "suddenly and without warning or precedent, guro" to qualify it as a phrase as well.

Of course, dear Char, I won't inquire as to what you actually were looking for that you "stumbled on" a guro site. You're a CoA member and we love you.

Have I related my theory that like half these fetishes didn't exist before the internet.

Or if they did...yeah nobody would go around admitting them, it'd be a group of like ten freakjobs at the most.

Basically where I'm going with this, is I'd like to solicit funding to build a time machine, then go abort Tim Berners-Lee, then go back and mop up whoever the hell else was responsible for ARPAnet becoming available to the public. You know just to be sure.

The goal is to create a parallel timeline where the internet is just like...six or so defense department computers linked together computing missile trajectories.

Failing that, Tim Berners-Lee is still alive...I guess I could, I dunno, beat him severely with a bat. I think he's a limey so I'd still need a plane ticket.

Either way I am asking for money so I can go kill or assault the internet. Do not wire it through paypal because then it will know.

But Sharp, without the Internet, we wouldn't have Democracy in Egypt.

Title: Re: Made in PCF

The protests wouldn't have been coordinated (although wait didn't it get shut off there midway through, and it still went down)

Also yeah I haven't heard whats the haps with that since Mubarak left last week or so...I actually finally have a t.v. accessible to me but haven't really used it yet. Unless they just stopped covering it and moved on to something else, which probably occurred.

Title: Re: Made in PCF

Well the military took control until a general election in September, and suspended the constitution (which makes opposition illegal), and everyone found that satisfactory, so the situation stabilized. We're probably exerting pressure on the military behind the scenes, so I predict the elections will actually occur.

It was funny, identifying all the obsolete US armor in the Egyptian arsenal.

Post by: Sharpshooter005 on February 17, 2011, 10:12:52 PM
Well it stabilized and now the militarys in there, so thats good. Hopefully it doesn't go all bananas once the election occurs.

I wonder where Mubaraks going to run off to. I know he used to visit Germany for medical checkups...let them deal with the potential blowback of him crashing there.

Sharp, without the internet, you couldn't troll. And...I did have some of my fetishes without the interwebs. Okay. All of them.

My biggest question is, why does Egypt apply to us? We need to stop trying to be the police of the world because that's why other countries hate us these days (that and we're Capitalist Pigs).

Most valid point thus far.

Most of the countries that hate us are either artifacts of the Cold War, as you mentioned, or angry over our support of Israel. Egypt matters because it will either mean religious takeover and policies arrayed against us and our allies, or a democracy that is less philosophically opposed to our own. Egypt also controls the Suez canal.

Every powerful country uses spies and networks to influence the world in their favor. They use force if they can or if they must. It's simply that, as the only major power right now, our efforts are felt most widely and deeply.

You would favor isolationism. I'm unfamiliar with the merits and drawbacks.

This is why I don't understand why that freaky quasi-albino who made wikileaks is being lionized by people

Ooooh, you made a blog proving countries spy on each other. There is a reason espionage has been nicknamed the worlds second oldest profession

"BUT HILLARY CLINTON TOLD THE STATE DEPARTMENT TO CONDUCT SURVEILLANCE ON NORTH KOREAN DIPLOMATS" (or whatever the "STUNNING REVELATION" was). And? Shit, my response to that is job well done.

(Wikileaks has probably killed people by the by, the whole "release lists of Afghani informants" has, I'm sure, probably ended with one of the people giving info being murdered as a reprisal.)
