At first I was filled with NERD RAGE at the idea of anime-ising Batman, then I noticed they had worked on B:TAS, which could mean it was simply being done by a Japanese studio, which doesn't matter at all.
Since I can only find dead links to more than the cover of this "Child of Dreams" thing, I don't know if NERD RAGE is appropriate.
Child of Dreams was a weird story about ordinary people using steroids or some crap to transform into the Joker, Riddler, Killer Croc, etcetera. The art was... good, but the story was crap. The story was the writing equivalent of Rob Liefeld's art. War. Oh god... OH GOD! |

You're saying it's Batman....as an anime?.....huh Yeah. Studio's such as Mad House, and other famous anime studio's are doing a series of short Batman films or something to that effect. |

Indeed. Confirmed Studio's are Mad House. Production I.G and Studio 4C. Bruce Timm is Directing all of them and Batman comic writers Brian Azzarello and Greg Rucka, A History of Violence film writer Josh Olson, Batman Begins writer David S. Goyer, The Dark Knight producer Jordan Goldberg, and Batman: The Animated Series writer Alan Burnett are each contributing the script for one of the shorts. So things are looking pretty good so far. |

Not that the wolverine didn't look gorgeous, but that just doesn't suit the personality. mostly girls will read the xmen, i know it.
I think we should stop trying to make american classics into manga. i don't mind adapting books, but this is just obsessive.
