Anime Network stops 24/7 service channel. Did anyone notice?

It's a bit late news, but Anime Network stopped broadcasting its 24/7 channel this year.

I actually didn't know they even had a 24/7 channel until I heard it was shut down. The only reason I noticed was because that it had the unusual effect of causing the very few people who only got their 24/7 channel to go around saying "OMG! Anime Network is dead!".


So I have to ask, did anyone here actually get Anime Network's 24/7 channel?

Everyone I know of only gets their On Demand channel (which is still running by the way), but never their 24/7 channel.

I have satellite (DirecTV), and, apparently, ADV was in talks to add either the 24/7 or On Demand services. So no, never really affected me.
