"Young Frankenstein" live? That does sound like it would have been an awesome show to see.

"Alvin and the Chipmunks..." Yeah, go ahead and laugh... It was funny. That's all I'm saying... It had a nice dedication to the late Mr. Bagdasarian, too.

On Thursday I went to see 10,000 BC.

The beginning had dialog reminiscent of Star Wars: Episode II, and the ending had one of the most convoluted and terrible deus ex machinas ever.  However, in between those, there were some decent fight scenes.  Oh, and blind midgets, or something.

Semi-Pro

Not as good as Anchorman, but still classic Ferrell comedy.

Angel Cop

Haha this short little OVA is vile, anti-semitic, anti-American and full of Japanese jingoism, yet it's so awful it's funny, kinda reminds me of GiTS, just with less jingoism.

I Am Legend kicked ass, and they filmed part of it really close to my apartment.

I watched American Psycho. It was very cheesy and didn't creep me out like the book did, but I love Christian Bale so it's all good.

That didn't creep you out?! Well, if you read the book beforehand, I guess that's understandable.

Watched The Darjeeling Limited last night; I enjoyed it.

Some of the people here would LOVE Angel Cop.

Amusing 3-minute summary.

Monty Python's Life of Brian
Not quite as funny as Holy Grail, but it was still good.
