You're such a liar, Bllue. No one is innocent on the internet.

I did try to watch this one -on what I think is a legal download site- but got about halfway through the first episode before I admitted defeat; I probably could have got myself into the right frame of mind to appreciate it, but I doubt it would have been worth the expense. Or the hangover.

It's random goodness.

There's not much else to worry about.

I like you. FLCL has as much driving plot as Dilbert.

But Dilbert is a profound commentary on the plight of working-class humanity and their struggle to escape the cubicles that provide financial comfort, yet stifle their mental, social, and creative freedom in favor of an oppressive corporate mindset!

I dunno, I like FLCL, but I'm not going to pretend it's anything other than funny and shiny.

Actually, Dilbert had at least two explosions in the animated series, more if the De-Trafficator was more than a one-episode gag. Besides, Dilbert is slice-of-life fiction; that's a very different genre to random weird shit, even if I know people whose actual lives are perfectly at home in both camps.

I'm missing episode 6, and episode 1 is in Japanese while my other 4 are in english.

Oh, and enjoy the other anime references...Lupin III...Gundam...Crap...I have to watch it again...there are actually multiple Gundam references.

www.realitylapse.com has all six episodes available to download, and to the best of my knowledge it's even legal.

Ha-HA! I'm glad you found that site, too. Works wonders, it does.

Glad I could help. I definitely recommend shelling out for the SpeedPass, by the way; it's not a massive improvement (150-200KB/s as opposed to 50KB/s) but $50 gets you a year's subscription.

I think there are probably more references to Eva than Gundam.
