FLCL appreciation station

This was the last animu AS aired, aside from ghost in the shell, that I really ended up liking.

Its 6 episodes and theres very little to talk about (aside from they apparently put them all into a 1 dvd set, instead of you having to go buy two episodes on dvd and then they don't have volume 1. Which is exactly what happened to me a while back)

So basically the thread is just an affirmation of how that show was good.

This show could make me laugh. One of the few animes that though I was still a child I could really understand.

What's not to like? Alien chick, giant robots and some craziness thrown in.

Check out the books too. There are two. Better ending too. Takkun gets the Vespa instead of the Bass. Quite cool. Not to mention the sexy Bunnygirl Haruko...

I flipped through one of those in a borders once, the haruko character seemed to just insult everybody a lot more in the show if I remember right
