Three posts in a row? Zomg.

Also.... the newest Parallel Work (This is the 5th I think so far) is unimaginably and utterly LMFAO funny.
It is entirely based on 1)whatever the director was smoking, and 2) the uncensored version of Episode 6.

Apparently these things are to be released on DVD eventually... but my lack of understanding Japanese (which I cannot put through Bablefish due to it being a picture) means I've no idea when it's supposed to be out.

Seems ANN, posted an interview with the creative staff. It's a fun read.

Gotta say, I quite enjoyed the English dub. Hebert took a bit to get used to, and I hadn't watched more than one subbed episode previously. Everyone else was awesome, especially Blum as Leeron.

Okay, I have to retract my earlier statement about being underwhelmed.  I've been watching the dub since it started airing and this week's episodes (7 and Cool have convinced me that it's probably going to be something I'll end up loving.  I'm tempted to go ahead and watch the rest of the series, but at the same time I'm really enjoying the dub and don't want to spoil it for myself.

There were, like, maybe 3 filler episodes in that series. So probably you did.

I'm noticing that they are cutting out maybe 20 seconds of show here and there on the Sci-Fi airings... Which along with the haphazardly placed commercial breaks is REALLY PISSING ME OFF. None of the content cut is "cut"-worthy, and since they already show commercials every 5 minutes I can't fathom why they'd begin cutting small bits of the show to make room for more.

God help them if they cut the wrong thing at the wrong time.

Sci Fi is just douches like that. Srsly, I can't think of any better excuse.

I think I remember hearing 8 was a big turning point. Glad I plan on picking up the hybrid DVDs. Should I expect the time-skip when the next episode airs in TWO WEEKS?

Evan, they need the money.

Because Richard Dean Anderson must be appeased.

Are they not making enough money off of Stargate as it is? I imagine MacGuy- er, Anderson probably got a pretty good check for that Stargate: Continuum movie.

You don't seem to understand.

Richard Dean Anderson can never have too much money.

He needs it to buy his gum wrappers, paper clips, rubber bands, and junked cars that he uses to create arms for his militia of highly trained super-soldiers who traverse worlds.
