Took in a comedy - "Big Mama's House". Through some mixup, we saw the 2nd movie out of order. Now I can't remember what happened in the 2nd. Probably because Mrs. Negotiator and I were watching it on a laptop, on a plane, and next to a screaming baby. It was OK... Hey, now I remember, we also saw "Year One" around the same time, and that was cool.

I rescued "Real Genius" from the bargain bin shortly after the holidays.

The Sorcerer's Apprentice

Not bad; could have sworn this was based on a series of books for teenagers, but I guess it was actually that one scene from Fantasia.

Inception

I knew this would be good, but it was so much more than I expected. Absolutely fantastic.

Could you inform me if this movie is anything like the premise of Paprika? Dream technology getting into the wrong hands, the world implodes, etc.

I visited some relatives down south this last weekend, and we were checking out their movie channels. We saw most of "Die Hard 2", all of "The Bourne Supremacy", and a classic - "Road to Morocco", with Bing Crosby and Bob Hope.

P.S. I also saw most of the "middle" of "For a Few Dollars More", but it started late, and I needed to turn in before I saw the ending.

I watched the first Bluray of Basilisk.

Got say, for all the hype this show got when it was being broadcast in Japan and it's subsequent release over here...I'm unimpressed. I remember a friend of mind saying that it was so violent it made Berserk look like a picnic. Um yeah, no. Add that to the fact that the dub is larely typical of Funimation (few decent performances, but mostly wooden, and dull threw out), although I did like Troy Baker, and Laura Baily as the two leads, they do a fantastic job. I need to finish watching the rest of the show, but it's gonna be rough.

No, it's a much more personal journey than I recall Paprika being. They may share a similar premise, but the execution of each is quite different. However, it has been some time since I last watched Paprika.

Earlier last week, we watched "Return to Witch Mountain". Although different from "Escape to Witch Mountain", I still liked it. Earlier last week, we saw "Are We There Yet?" Cool... Then, last night, we saw the new Karate Kid, and that was awesome.

^I didn't think that movie would sell tickets period.

And I watched Coraline. First Tim Burton movie my sister could watch and not get nightmares. It is his usual standard of creepy, but not death.
