Megadeus Weaknesses

Well, this is what the title says.

Did the Big O really have any weaknesses? For one, it's shield can protect the Big from mostly anything. It also used some of it's other weapons in fights to get away from a target zone (such as, in Enemy is Another Big).

Why was Big Duo Inferno still operational (kind of, but it could still fly and everything) after a large amount of damage, even after the removal of it's head unit? In other episodes, the removal of the head unit usually caused a collapse of the megadeus (also in Enemy is Another Big, but it took longer to deactivate). Was it because of Alan or Schwartswald?

Big Venus I think tops all of them because it doesn't even seem as though that Big Venus can be touched, right?

Well, personally I like the idea that Duo itself was acting out against Alan there, because it finally regained control of itself, and it wanted to follow the wishes of its true domineus, whose ghost was probably trying to cajole Duo into action once he wandered back to Paradigm.

And none of the Bigs had any real glaring weaknesses as far as I can recall, aside from Fau's that you mentioned in the other thread.

As far as Big Fau losing its arms, I'm pretty sure that the missile things were meant to come back. Big O just hapened to catch them and break them, and being shattered into a millio npieces makes it hard to return.

Well, a weakness in Big Duo is lack of protective armor. Big O has the shields on the front of his arms, and Big Fau uses a type of force field. If Big Duo had lost the ability to fly, then it probably would become useless and vulnerable.

I just want to point out flaws in megadeuses kinda like this. And it doesn't all have to be about the Bigs, it can be about any megadeus seen in the series.
