Sorry about the late reply, everyone. I've been in "final stage" all weekend. However, my final is now done, so time to play... I just want to make sure Dawnstrider knows why The Final Negotiator chose his avatar. You do realize the general shape of that big structure behind the apartment buildings, right? Kinda hemispherical, like a bald head, or a... mm-hmm. You know where I'm going.
It's a brilliant little reference, since it's snapped from real life.
Yes, I thought it was clever too. Final, do you know where it's located? ~J Yes, Jixie, it just happens to be in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Dawnstrider, these Big O scenes were the inspiration for my avatar:     I actually have another photograph of the structure, but I don't know if it's avatar material yet. Garlic, you did a good job of finding good quality images, and meticulously placing borders around them. Well done. However, the slug line is a little wordy. Hey, you deserve at least 8/10, and that's not bad... |

However, The Final Negotiator: I immediately caught the reference your avatar made, and while I wish it were larger, a rectangular avatar works very well for this image. A slug line is like your trademark point-making line. In your case, it's the:

Most intelligent bystanders, upon hearing this and seeing the being speaking it, should be running for cover...
Even "You should know better than to oppose Vegeta." had weight to it. Good job on both. It isn't always an easy task to discover a good sig line.

Garlic Junior: It's... Garlic Jr. Which makes sense given the name. The lines seem a little wiggly (though I suppose that's from the art itself, and not any actual distortion) and the border doesn't seem to complement it... still, though, it goes with the name and the rest of the theme, and he's one of my favorite DBZ villians. I think a 7/10 will do for this one.

I actually remember the movie "Tremors" from back in the day. I actually fairly enjoyed it, Burt being my favorite character of course. I don't remember which "Tremors" movie your avatar comes from though, my instincts tell me its the second in the series, but I doubt it. The picture itself ain't to shabby either.

Actually you're right. The avatar is from Tremors II... meanwhile the sig pic is from Tremors III. I just bought my dad (and myself  ) the complete Tremors "Attack Pack": Tremors I - IV. All four movies on two DVDs, with tons of bonus material. Anyways... I kinda like your avatar there.  The black/white is nicely done, and it's framed/positioned quite nicely for the size. 9/10 |

It's Burt freakin' Gummer. I don't remember this specific scene, but I have always liked the Tremors movies. The image is high quality, it seems to have a border. I have no problems with it, so a 10/10 to you.

Name Switchin' Guy: moar DBZ, because MOAR! Well, it's a very good scene, and fully appropriate to the theme... but the quality is absolutely horrendous and there's not a border in sight. I like it, I really do, but the most this can possibly merit is a 5/10.

The Big Finale: Well, it's nice and clear, which is great. Count Olaf is an epic villain, so casual in his evil. However, I think your border is excessive, the image being only a 140 x 140. It's not enough to lose a whole point, but still. I wish the image were larger as well. All in all, an 8.5/10.

Eyeofpain: Why yes, it is indeed from Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker. As for your avatar, I still find it tiny, since it's just a tad more than half the size of the accepted size here. On with the rating:
Well, there's no border, which isn't really bad, exactly, for a picture that size, but it would still be cool. Heck, you could add one through Paint. I like the contrast with the eye. If only you knew what it was from, you could probably get yourself an even better avatar. Still, man, at least a 6/10. It's worth that much.

Ah, that movie was awesome, as was the whole series...
I actually do know where it's from (Eureka seveN). However, I'm too lazy to create an avatar myself. I stole this one, which was created by another user, from the [adult swim] message boards.
Since I don't have experience creating avatars, I'm not sure if the purple is any good. And even upping the res to 90x90, it seems way blurry to me.
