I'm sorry but until they make a Batman movie like this, I will always have my doubts. Wait, what. This dude looked like Gordon Freeman with the beard, he should have gone that route instead of this.

Heres more stuff about the remake of the day the earth stood still http://www.variety.com/VR1117970896.htmlYou know, in case some of you are really looking forward to seeing it updated and the subtext of the original be replaced with "lol no bludd 4 oyl" or something. (And if you are, you're a horrible, horrible person) edit: This dude looked like Gordon Freeman with the beard Very much so, yes

I was going to do this actually, Sharpie.
And figuratively speaking, I did. Lol.
Also, Robert Wise is rolling in his grave from this. Peace.

I mean...the Cabinet of Dr. Caligari was remade recently...now this...yeah, we're going to have another Army of Darkness before I kick it, I hope.

yeah, we're going to have another Army of Darkness before I kick it, I hope. They're apparently remaking evil dead, so you're halfway there. (No I don't know if they're going to go for evil dead 1, as in "attempted horror movie", or evil dead 2 as in "yeah its a horror movie but its also largely slapstick". Probably the former or so my gut would say..which would suck since evil dead wasn't anything to write home about frankly, when that series found its niche with the slapstick craziness in 2 it was better)

You know the one I'm talking about, if you've seen the first one. That was just too damned funny. War.

If they remake Evil Dead, they have to keep the "tree rape" scene in. Contractually obligated one would hope, yes. Because that was just too goddamn bizzare and lol

(HOLY CRAP IT'S ME)I'm going to get a new Batman roller coaster and you're not (unless you live in Jersey or Massachusetts). I thought that was awesome enough to inspire me to come back here.

That looks really cool, but if it really is an indoor roller coaster I hope it's not terminally lame like Skull Mountain.
