Indeed. I  think the think that gets to me is the fact that the hardcore Bleach fans actually think he's going to lose huge sums of money over this. The only thing I see is his having to pay a small fine and maybe a slap on the wrist. The creator of Bleach, Kubo, knows about it and judging by this twitter, he doesn't really even care.

And what's sad about this statement, is it's true. The American comic industry seriously needs to stop with the manga like nonsense. I mean, don't get me wrong, if people want to make their own manga more power to them, but damn, at least make it original and non-traced from other things on the market least of all mega popular things such as bleach with a a huge Weeb fanbase.

Edit: On second though, It just bleach. Also the WDF (Weeaboo Defense Force) is in full force over this, because Bleach is serious stuff.

Simmons supposedly ripped off a few other artists, but BLEACH is definitely getting all the attention.

Yeppers. Hellsing, and a host of others. Of all the things he choose to rip off, Bleach is an odd choice, given it has a huge fan base so it would get noticed pretty quick, although apparently people have know about it for months but are just now making a huge deal over it. Should be interesting to see what happens legally, although I'm pretty sure he's gonna get a small slap on the wrist and maybe a small fine.

lol for char. Wow, even I knew he had a son, and I only know one kizz song.
I think the reason people still like bleach is the violence and comedy. That's why I used to watch it.

There used to be a story in there, a rather good mindscrew of a plot. But then they decided "let's make this series four times longer than it really needs to be". Then the DBZing began.

I find this hilarious because Gene Simmons is "Mr. I'm so edgy! I'll corrupt children!" Then his son plagiarizes Bleach, which is probably the geekiest, most pansy thing you can do right now. No offense to Bleach fans (Well... maybe a little, since I don't like it), but it's the symbol of dorky high school outcasts right now.

So there you have it. KISS will turn your kids into nerds. Maybe they should set some of their stuff to AMV's.

That's been happening for a while now. But it's anime and Kizz fans doing it, not the band itself.

I thought gene simmons' current thing was to walk around being the smuggest jackass ever to walk the earth, and constantly go "I'm incredibly rich and have had lots of sex, I am marketing in the form of a mortal"

Or thats, like, every appearance I've ever seen him make.

That's pretty much been his deal since the beginning.
