So for those not aware a remake of the Thunder cats has been announced. It's in Japanese anime style now. The character redesigns look badass and actually have non pastel blue outfits. The episodes are just getting a revamp, but come on, we grew up with this.
Oh and snarf actually looks like a cat this freaking time, not a useless half cat thingy that is used as a door stop.
I patiently await the Heman and Super Kid remakes.

Wasn't Thundercats originally drawn by Japanese studios? Like the writers and director were American, but they contracted the work out to Japan.

It would explain why the OP animation was so epic.

Yeah, the original Thudercats was done by Pacific Animation Corporation.

I mean, I like cats (own 3, with one in the yard for..it's a stray that started living in my yard, he can't come in he has cat HIV, he's still my pet though)

Lol, yeah it's a furries dream show. It's just missing furry sex is all.
But I loved it, and I don't remember a lot of toys for Thunder Cats. This time around a cat sword is being made I think.
