I think Krillin's been killed the most of all the DB characters.

Killed in Dragonball, Freezer, when Majin Buu ate him, Super 17 killed him in GT, etc, etc...

No, I think in DB he said he shaved his hair naturally because of his training to the martial arts. Since he retired after the Cell Saga, he grew out the hair and got rid off the tattoos on his forehead as well.
