That sounds for an interesting effect, Nine. What do you mean, the effect of maybe portraying it all to be like coincidence and he's just deluding himself, but leaving it open that maybe it is indeed real?
War.

No, no. The shit's real alright. I'm just saying like as far as Pan goes to make the Shinigamis and their world something similar to that of the art direction of Pan's or something.

Death Note is no delusion, I just want to see the Shinigamis done right is all.
Peace.

I just finished watching it due to my roommate's insistence. I thought it was horrible, though I do enjoy the soundtrack a bit (particularly Maximum the Hormone).

Then it makes complete sense that adult swim will apparently show it.

Yeah they can just drop the terrible japanese cartoons by now, they've got the boondocks so...why not stick with an awful, and apparently horribly expensive domestic cartoon.

I don't know anything about this show, really, but I assume this is the best thing to come out of it.

Remember, kids, if you hear it on the internet, it must be true!

Not that.  I meant it's hilarious that one random schmuck says he didn't like it and everyone else takes it as fact.

Yes, yes it fucking is.

See, I actually liked Death Note (who let Scott in?) and I'd be interested in seeing the anime series Good writing, complicated and full developed arcs, good characters, intriguing twists, etc, etc . But if its anything like that picture (I know its not), then this would be the first good thing [adult swim] would have done in a long, long, LONG time.
Peace.

Finally, I knew there had to be a death note somewhere on earth. Kira is Justice!  Shocked
Now I can devote my entire existence to Kira's cause.

Joking aside, I 100% guarantee that article is fake.
1. Tabs on the BBC website don't show like they normally would.
2. the Address smells like something fake.
3. horrible grammatical errors like the spelling of "Realitity"
