Bllue: If I remember correctly, that particular conduit is covered (unless you already broke it), and should be revealed with a Super Missile. After that, the Wave Beam should provide power to the door.

Super Metroid
Still the most addictive and fun Metroid game ever. (The first Metroid Prime game comes in close second though)

A demo of Soldier of Fortune II that came with an older Geforce 4 MX card. Still, very challenging...

Eye, I love you. That really helped A LOT. PS I'm sorry if i'm getting annoying, but i'm stuck again in the mines. I can't get a giant gun to disintegrate a rock wall....

Heh, glad to help, Bllue. Unfortunately, I don't remember the mines that well. Have you tried checking a walkthrough on a site like GameFAQs?

You're at the top of the room, right? There's a spinner someplace, or a switch or somethin that you can use to turn the big laser mining thing to aim at the wall. One of the pieces of wall has a missile expansion behind it.

I think there's a ball slot, or something you have to scan to make it shoot.
I've been playing World in Conflict. It's awesome. You get to use a battleship as a death-paintbrush. And everything...EVERYTHING...can be blown to hell.

A mighty fine-looking game that is. You can't deform the terrain, though... or can you? That would truly be "everything."
