You people are into animu. Anybody watching the hellsing OAVs?
(They are on youtube, they are following the manga, it's better than the first series cause theres no purple idiot and random lesbian vampire/integra doujin concepts. It's just straigt up undead nazis getting offed and awesome shit mixed with dumb parts where it attempts comedy,those parts suck. Except at one point the dracula-guy halucinates about Bruce Willis.)

It's AWESOME. I've seen up to the 4th one. Where the Nazis take over an aircraft carrier, Rip Van Winkle shoots everything down with her magic flintlock so Alucard has to get on board by ramming a goddamn SR-71 into the deck.

You are explaining this wrong. An undead nazi with an enchanted flintlock musket takes over a carrier. Then a vampire controlled by a shadow-government of anglicans kamikazes a SR-71 Blackbird spy jet into the boat. Then he gets rowdy and violent as fuck and absorbs the broad with the gun, and he's dressed like a 19th century pimp or something during it. The show is just insane and violent as hell, this is why its the only animu I'm watching. |

At one point the undead nazis break into the shadow-anglican HQ with an army of zombies. Who eat most of the anglicans' private army. While shouting the Konami Code.
Then their vampire goes from Victorian-age pimp to 15th century murdering asshole and EATS the undead nazis.

Seen up to VI, but never got subs for the latest episode. I had trouble waiting for Geneon/FUNi to release the past two OVAs.
Also: indescribably fucking awesome.

I liked the Hellsing OVAs a lot better than the other anime series.
The only thing I think they could have done better was the music. A lot of the music in the OVA seemed a bit too much the same.
