I saw Thor again with my mom. I have finally convinced her that Marvel movies with real people are awesome.

But I'm not middle aged and I like it. I'm in my 20's, but you do have a point, some things come off as cougarish.

I'm curious to see who they get to dub it. Viz has gotten L.A based studios recently for stuff like Naruto, Monster and Bleach. I think the last thing Ocean has done for Viz was InuYasha.

I think I used to visit cplusplus.com. Haven't had much use for it as of late, since I don't do as much programming lately.

I think I actually preferred the Pilgrim comics to the movie (mostly because of Micheal Cera). Most people I've talked to agree that the ending is better in the source material.

Recently finished the Mardock Scramble novels. I've got a couple things waiting on my Nook, but schoolwork keeps me from starting anything new. I've been hoping The Hunger Games would show up for $0.99, but with the film already premiered, I doubt that'll happen now.

Nanocon's coming up at the end of March. It's a small convention, put on by a couple of the student organizations at the university I attend, in the upper peninsula of Michigan.

Unfortunately, there isn't too much going on, but I will be running the anime room, including a screening of Redline, and hopefully one other licensed movie.

Not very exciting, but technically, it's a convention?

I didn't think it was that annoying, but I watched in English before Japanese.

Last movie I watched would have been a rewatch of The Muppets (still hilarious). Been catching up on some of my anime DVDs (Ga-Rei-Zero, One Piece) and the latest shows airing this season (Bodacious Space Pirate, Nisemonogatari) over spring break.

I'd really like to go see The Lorax, but I don't know if I'll be able to find anyone to go with.

Tried reading the Scott Pilgrim books. WTF happened? I was reading it and it went from ok I'm following to what am I readin in about 10 minutes.

I'm going to try and finish The Robots of Dawn by Issac Asimov. I love his work, and could I afford it I would buy the Robot detective novels omnibus.

The next con I'm going to is one I'm helping out with. It's lil otoyko Kentucky con. Which is in may. And in June we have Kentoyko con. I get a workers pass to both because I'm a PR rep for Bluegrass Otaku. If you guys want and are in the area come on by.

redbox is giving away a free rental, so my family and I will watch something Sunday. As for right now, latest thing I watched was the English version of xxxHolic. Why is Watanuki's voice so annoying in English?
