Well, it's busy, and sometimes I use it, and the plows did a shitty job around one of the corners, so cars going in opposite directions on one street were all almost rubbing up against one another. It was a public service.

Yeah the internets about to collapse into itself.

It was worth it, though. Cool trivia.

I got THIS for FREE:

Drink, six donuts, and ten bucks, because the manager of a Dunkin Donuts saw me shoveling a busy intersection for the hell of it.

Best Dunkin Donuts I everrrrr tasted.

Why you wasted time shoveling an intersection would be nice to know.
I traded pokemon today. Sure I didn't buy them. But I did get more pokedex data out of it.
Two words. Free Donuts.

ALSO! IT CAME!

I have the sudden urge to yell "Boom bitch!". I officially play too many video games.

And a text book for history class. I'm taking Asian history.

R. Daniel - Awesome! Yeah, I often clean the entire section of street in front of my driveway. Too many people park up one side, so the plows only clear one lane (the opposite side).

Sorry, late to post again. Unfortunately, my first purchase of the New Year was flowers for a funeral (actually. I only chipped in money).

For New Years Eve, my wife and I split a big Japanese grilled dinner. I bought her a traditional holiday punch, and had some plum wine. I almost ate a piece of sushi roll , but just took a taste instead... It was OK.

Last week, got cat food, litter, and the Classics Hot Rod & Cyclonus 2-pack with the included IDW comic. The 2-pack is a pretty good deal. Take that eBay! Don't worry, guys, I have anime stuff, too. Yes, some of them transform, too...

I have the sudden urge to yell "Boom bitch!". I officially play too many video games.

No no, actually just enough...  Cool Good, we worried about whether you met your video game recommended daily allowance. I also saw a pseudo-NERF revolver, on my cat food trip, that made my trigger finger itch...

And a text book for history class. I'm taking Asian history.

It's fun, but China's "Great Leap Forward" is a very sad story. "Son of the Revolution" was a great text. I think, during a street fight, the main character's friend yelled something like "F___ all three of your generations!" at someone. Epic swear! I took Asian Art & an Anthropology course in Chinese Society.

Got some more free Wendy's food with my gift card...

That would be the Maverick.
I have the Recon CS-6.

Guys don't start talking about Nerf guns. Remember, I worked at Toys R Us during the Christmas season and I already loved them before. If you get me started... I may never stop.

Also the pseudo-revolver he may have been talking about could have also been the Barricade, which is battery operated and therefore impure, but also has ten barrels instead of six.

Actually, I looked it up, and it was the Buzz Bee Tek 6 (hence the pseudo-NERF), which also comes in an affordable twin pack, for dual-wielding. The Maverick is sweet, though. How do you not feel like Vash the Stampede with a Maverick in your hand?

The pseudo-NERF shotgun, with dart-holding "shells" was awesome, too. Can you say "boomstick" boys and girls? I knew you could...

I completely overlooked the "psudeo" part.

The machine gun...forgot its name. Oh, Stampede. I saw a hobby shop boost its firing rate to something relevant. It was a lot of fun actually.

Yeah, Air Zone guns are usually ugly, but they work at least as well as their Nerf counterparts. They're cheaper, too!

The Stampede is more of a light machine gun/assault rifle. The Vulcan is the machine-gun.

It's pretty sweet. I love its gunshield. Gunshields in general turn me on, big-time.

AGAIN, though, it's battery-operated. Fuck that shit. Why spend money on batteries, especially when the electronics inside the gun are likely very flimsy? I imagine batteries getting knocked out or plastic casing cracked, and then you're fucked and have to buy a whole new gun. In real life, sure I'd take that firing rate, but for Nerf playtime, not worth it.

The pseudo-NERF shotgun
Even though they are functionally a shotgun, the Nerf Barrel Break and its Air Zone equivalent are effectively not shotguns. For a true shotgun-type, you'd want the Nerf Hornet, because it fires many darts at once, in a slight spread.

Food!
Got banana pudding, Burger king and cinn-a-treats.
Yesterday was kinda interesting. It started snowing, my Chinese class was canceled and when I tried to drive home traffic wasn't moving. Then I got outta the big city and on the road home and drifted into the turn lane and nearly hit a road sign.

I got home fine. Can't say the same for other people though. 95 car crashes in a 2 hour period. Ouch.

Also I'm buying pokemon black and the 3ds when they come out. I like Zekrom! Screw Reshiram.

If I understand correctly, the Vulcan takes either some rechargeable battery or a 9V. I don't remember which. Anyway, they boosted the voltage and put in a bigger battery, but that wasn't good enough for them. So then they hooked up two larger rechargeable batteries and it did make a difference. Next they decided to play with the inside motor stuffs to be more suitable to the battery input power to make a better output result.

But I've noticed that over the years, Nerf stopped advertising to kids and more to people our age.

Yuko: I suddenly suspect you live east of me...because it sounds like you got hit by the snowstorm that rolled over here Wednesday night/Thursday morning.

Also, I preordered Ace Combat Assault Horizon and bought a Volcano Box from Taco Hell. Yes, I eat at Taco Hell almost as much as McHell. I love tacos.

St. Louis.

I bought more tacos. Okay, just a volcano burrito, a quesadilla, and some nachos. Oh, and Mountain Dew, but that was at walmart, before going to get tacos, which was before going ice skating.

Which, the night ended with people doing a bull rush to their cars so I wouldn't shoot them with my sniper rifle.
