Holy Carp! you spent $600 on Outlaw Star?Huh Was it even in blu-ray and have 20+ DVD's?

Woah, I'm not even willing to spend $218 on the Big O masters edition box set. And it has the Paradigm Noise novel and cast interveiws, + trading cards and post cards, and a mini figure.

I once bought the complete box set of Excel Saga on DVD. Set me back about maybe $100 or so. I then watched the whole thing one disc at a time, then binged the whole series within 48 hours. I then never watched it again. It is currently sitting on the shelf behind my computer, staring me down with its expensive and patience-expending cardboard gaze.

As for what I bought recently: Food. A generic, formless substance containing nutrients and calories required for daily living. It makes the watery discharge consumed intravenously by the witless inhabitants of the Matrix look like Italian cuisine by comparison.

No, I'm not telling you what it actually was.

$30 of hardware to make a tennis ball launcher that the teacher said we have an $8 budget on. Yeah, I went way over. I don't care. $8 was a ridiculous budget. So I'm going to say that most of it was lying around my garage.

Last major purchase: a two-day pass to Cedar Point. So much fucking fun.

Just before that, Scott Pilgrim volumes 1 & 2, book 2 of The Sellswords Saga, The Promise of the Witch King. After that, various foodstuffs.
