In Soviet Union game plays you.

And I'm going to finish playing Soul Silver. I'm only at the second gym, but I can play through the game fast enough.

Has anyone here but me seen the new Pokemon from black and white? OMG a garbage bag Pokemon and a trash pile Pokemon. All the legends are based off Japanese gods, which in itself is not bad. But I saw a kid type that one of them looks like Thor. That in itself is insulting, as I have a little viking in me and I'm not happy some kids are confusing one religion with another.

Also on of the Pokemon and it's evo's look like it's a steroid using body builder with veracious veins. It is disgusting. And just so very wrong.

The few good Pokemon are the chinchilla and the candle Pokemon that resembles candlemon from Digimon.

Fallout: New Vegas looks awesome...

It's funny, I have many games that I haven't had time to play, but you bring them to our friends' house, with 5 kids there, and they play several of them in no time. However, they needed some help, so I helped them with Star Wars: Force Unleashed. Lightsaber dueling and force-throwing huge control consoles = FUN. Unfortunately, unlike with a Wii, only one person can play a DS at a time. So when everybody got their turn playing something, it was about dinner time. Later, we found a home version of "The Price I$ Right" on my laptop. (Huh I thought it only had arcade games). We managed to get to the finals and win the showcase. $38K... If only it were real...

We got home, and then left to visit my side of the family, and I brought the DS along to show my sister the bizarre button bar for Guitar Hero: Decades DS. (Her and her husband are big Guitar Hero/Rock Band fans.) For my hands, it works better to put just my left thumb through the hand strap, rather than the whole hand. The guitar pick stylus worked great. After a few tries at bass guitar on Paramore's CrushCrushCrush, I managed to get 37% before I crashed and burned. Not too bad...

Update: I also meant to bring an Atari 2600 emulator w/games on the laptop to the friends' house, but I didn't realize the games were in a separate install and ended up bringing an empty emu.  Undecided However, I loaded the games last night, and ended up playing a few (Robot Tank, Galaxian, MegaMania, Pole Position, Gyrus, Wizards of Wor, Adventure, BurgerTime, Star Voyager, GI Joe:Cobra Strike, Empire Strikes Back - what a nice trip back in time). So it should be ready to travel next time...

Fallout: New Vegas

Utterly rapes FO3. Utterly.

Initially I remember looking at the trailer and going "..Wait they did this in fallout 2 with New Reno"

Then again New Reno was one of my favorite parts of that, so

I'm playing "Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage" for Ps3 by TecmoKoei.
Same qualities and limits of every DW/Musou product. That's why I like it. Wink

DW/Musou?

Dynasty Warriors is based on the Romance of the Three Kingdoms novels based on a period of Chinese history. The series is generally called the Warriors series over here, since it has a ton of of spin offs. Such as Samurai Warriors based on the Warring States period, Dynasty Warriors Gundam based on well, Gundam. One based on the War between the Trojans and Greece. And the most recent is based on Fist of the North Star, and it's awesome with all the one liners and campy dialog.

Perfect explaining. Smiley
And "Musou" is the name used by japanese gamers to identify this videogame series.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II (PS Triple)

Fun game, but not worth 60 bucks, hell most games are worth 30 these days and have like 6 hours of gameplay tops. It's a good rental though.

This is why I only play RPG's and buy used. Then at least I get my moneys worth.

So I'm playing Wizard of Oz Welcome to the Yellow Brickroad; WoZ YBR for short.

Dorothy is a loli, the scarecrow is a mexican hobo, the lion is a furry and the tinman can't talk. Great job Japan...

I agree. I rent my games a good 90% of the time. Games just don't have any sort of longevity these days.
