Yup. I think the only game I'm contemplating buying new is KH re:coded, but only because it comes out near my b-day.

Still it comes out two weeks before, I can probably find it used in two weeks.

Also playing Megaman star force sauron, for $10 it's well worth the money.

Dynasty Warriors

OH. Yeah.

I played the original DW. It was kinda fun, but I tired of it quickly. I hate how most of the soldiers behave like shuffling zombies. The team that makes those games must be incredibly small or unmotivated. Such complacency just doesn't compute.

From what I saw, the Gundam version was one of the worst offenders. Stupid Zakus, YOU HAVE GUNS!

I'm not a hater by heart. The concept of the franchise is super-cool. But I know you can't deny those issues.

Omega Force, the developer of the Warriors franchise is a small development team and part of the Koei Tecmo team. Omega Forces reason for often repetitive game play and lack of innovation is, "if ain't broke, don't fix it". Despite the Warriors series having little in the way of innovation and changes in gameplay, they sell truck loads in Japan and many of the titles sell over 500k in Japan alone, so they make a decent amount of cash. Dynasty Warriors 7 seems to change things up a bit and adds some new elements.

Front Mission Evolved (360)

Like I mentioned in the "Last thing you bought" thread, nothing like its predecessors. Now, it's a TPS and includes some out of the mech action. But this creates a conflict with me. It doesn't display hit points and whatnot like in the past, so customizing is now tricky for me. But it's still Square producing it, and the game is still awesome.

I see your point, Graham. Meddling with a deluge-flow of cash could have undesirable consequences. Although... that profit could turn into a larger team, with fan consultation... Hh well, it's their money!

I finally beat New Vegas. The final boss fight is actually a challenge, unlike Fallout 3. Now I have to go back and re-do it with the other factions to see their endings.

I just played halo 3 for the first time. I was the elite dude, and I learned I could blow up a tank with my fist.

Nice little sequel to AC2, but they really are milking it at this point seeing as they have another game coming out next year.

I got my Japanese version of Pokemon Diamond in, so I'm going to play that for a while.

Also what is a good price for a used 360? I'm thinking less then $70 is a good deal.

Less than $70 and I'd be wondering what's wrong. You can get a used arcade for about $100 at Gamestop.

I only paid $38 for a complete copy, with box and inserts and all that. Seriously why the hell would I pay $70 for pokemon games? I can get them used from a Japanese website for about $20-45, and that's for 2 or more games. Although I got mine off ebay. But when I get more money I'm getting more off the Japanese website.

I'm unbelievably bad at Black Ops multiplayer. I really like the singleplayer though, I think it's way better than MW2. It's crazy and insane, but it ends up coming together at the end. And it has all kinds of wacky conspiracy theory stuff that references the JFK assassination and Apocalypse Now. Good times.
